Project Objective: Demonstrate integrated commercial building heating and cooling HVAC solutions.
Area: 3,000㎡
Climate Conditions: High-altitude severe cold region with cold winters and cooling demands in summer.
Project Requirements: Winter heating and summer cooling for hotel guest rooms, while balancing independent guest room control with centralized public area operation and management.
Solution: Adopted a comprehensive air source heat pump heating and cooling system configured with three units of 50HP air source heat pump modules. In winter, the units generate hot water for space heating, and in summer, chilled water for space cooling. Guest rooms are fitted with independent thermostat panels allowing occupants to adjust temperatures autonomously, while public areas utilize a centralized management model for unified property operations—optimizing guest comfort and hotel energy efficiency management.
