Building Area: 120 m2 per unit
Climate Conditions: Xigaze plateau severe cold climate with sharp temperature swings; requires low equipment failure rates, simple operation, and easy replication for batch deployment.
Project Requirements: Reliable indoor winter heating for apartment residents ensuring comfortable living conditions adaptable to large-scale installations.
Solution & Performance:
Each unit is equipped with a 6HP ultra-low temperature air source heat pump, paired with a water underfloor heating terminal system.
The ultra-low temperature heat pump readily adapts to Tibet's harsh winter conditions, ensuring sufficient heating capacity in freezing weather. The underfloor heating system utilizes PERT pipes, insulation layers, reflective films, and silicon-crystal mesh installed via standardized techniques. Adopting a decentralized independent system, individual households can autonomously control indoor temperatures. Indoor heating is stably managed between 18℃ and 22℃, preventing localized overheating typical of radiators.
Stable operation and low maintenance workloads make this setup exceptionally well-suited for scaled replication across large residential apartment blocks.
