Case 13: Residential Community / Batch Housing Project

Project Objective: Demonstrate standardized HVAC package implementation capabilities for batch residential communities.

Area: Total building area of approx. 20,000 m²

Climate Conditions: High-altitude severe cold region, with winter minimum temperatures dropping to −25°C

Project Requirements: Winter space heating and daily domestic hot water supply for residents, while synchronously optimizing indoor living environment quality.

Solution: Each household is equipped with a 24kW Linuo gas wall-mounted boiler as an independent individual heat source, along with Zhongcai underfloor heating pipe networks for individually controlled heating. The system is bundled with a whole-house oxygen-enrichment system and humidification system to target the pain points of thin air and dryness at high altitudes, adjusting indoor oxygen levels and humidity simultaneously during heating to enhance living comfort. Independent multi-zone thermostats allow residents to regulate indoor temperatures freely, and hot water is available on demand, perfectly matching multi-unit unified construction and decentralized residential application scenarios.
