Product Description

PVT-E Thermal Solar Panel

The PVT-E Hybrid Photovoltaic Thermal Solar Panel combines solar electricity generation and thermal energy collection in a single module. It is designed to make fuller use of solar radiation by producing electrical power while recovering heat generated during photovoltaic operation.

For projects that require both electricity and thermal energy, PVT-E provides an integrated alternative to installing separate photovoltaic and solar thermal systems.

Maximize Solar Energy from One Module

A conventional PV panel primarily produces electricity, while excess heat generated during operation is normally not utilized. PVT-E captures this heat through its integrated thermal collection structure and converts it into usable thermal energy.

With electricity and heat generated at the same time, the system can achieve a comprehensive solar utilization rate of up to 60%. Thermal energy output can reach approximately 2 times the electrical output, helping make better use of available roof and installation space.

Advanced PV-Thermal Integration

The photovoltaic and thermal sections are integrated using vacuum bonding technology, which helps reduce thermal resistance and improve heat transfer.

A high-purity aluminum heat transfer plate and optimized internal channels provide efficient thermal conduction and more uniform heat distribution. Thermal energy utilization can be improved by over 40%, while module temperature uniformity can be maintained at approximately ±1°C.

Temperature Management for PV Performance

Heat generated by photovoltaic operation can affect PV performance. PVT-E incorporates an intelligent temperature control system to monitor and regulate module temperature.

High-precision sensors help identify temperature changes and control thermal conditions, reducing the risk of PV hot spots and excessive temperature fluctuations. This supports stable electrical generation while allowing recovered heat to be used by the thermal system.

N-Type TOPCon Solar Technology

The photovoltaic section adopts N-type TOPCon monocrystalline solar cells with multi-busbar technology.

This configuration offers high photovoltaic conversion efficiency, a low temperature coefficient and stable power generation under different climate conditions. Together with the thermal collection system, it enables the module to deliver both electrical and thermal energy from the same solar surface.

Smart Energy System Integration

PVT-E can be connected with building energy management systems to coordinate thermal energy production with actual energy demand.

Its intelligent control functions support real-time thermal adjustment and energy demand matching. For integrated renewable energy projects, this can help optimize system operation and reduce operation and maintenance costs.

Built for Outdoor Solar Applications

The module is constructed with an anodized 6063-T5 aluminum alloy frame, providing tensile strength of up to 180 MPa. Weather-resistant sealant and IP65 waterproof protection help protect the collector during outdoor operation.

The robust structure is suitable for solar installations exposed to rain, sand and changing weather conditions.
