Heat Pipe Solar Collector
The Heat Pipe Solar Collector uses evacuated tube technology and sealed heat pipes to efficiently capture solar energy for hot water and heating applications. Its pressurized, water-free heat pipe design provides excellent freeze resistance, corrosion protection, and reliable year-round operation.
With high-conductivity materials and customizable configurations, it is suitable for residential, commercial, and large-scale solar hot water projects.
Key Features
- Strong Freeze & Pressure Resistance – Fully enclosed heat pipe circuits prevent freezing, bursting, and leakage.
- Fast Heat Transfer – High-performance superconducting metal heat pipes deliver rapid and efficient heat exchange.
- Water-Free Heat Pipes – No water flows inside the heat pipes, improving durability in both hot summers and cold winters.
- Corrosion-Resistant Construction – 3003 aluminum fins and high-purity copper flow channels provide long-term reliability.
- Flexible Customization – Size, structure, and configuration can be customized for different buildings and system requirements.
How It Works
Solar radiation heats the working fluid inside the sealed heat pipe. The fluid vaporizes and rapidly transfers heat to the condenser section, where the heat is released to the circulating water or heat-transfer medium. The condensed fluid returns to the lower section, creating a continuous heat-transfer cycle.
Premium Components
- 3003 Aluminum Fins: Corrosion-resistant and highly conductive.
- High-Purity Copper Channels: Fast and stable heat transfer.
- Silver-Copper Welding: Strong, durable, and corrosion-resistant connections.
- Optimized Heat Medium: Selected according to climate and operating conditions.
