Building Area: 118 m2 per unit.
Climate Conditions: Feicuiwan Community, Lhasa – Cold winters with frequent strong winds.
Project Requirements: Independent decentralized heating per household with on-demand switching, combined with domestic hot water supply, prioritizing high cost-effectiveness and simple post-maintenance.
Solution & Performance:
Core Equipment: Configured with a Viessmann BIJG 25kW condensing wall-mounted boiler + Koran water underfloor heating.
System Features: Standardized pipeline layout with uniformly reserved maintenance access points. Decentralized independent control enables homeowners to start and stop systems as needed.
Performance & Effects: High-altitude adapted models ensure stable combustion without flameouts. Indoor temperatures remain stably controlled between 18℃ and 22℃ with individual metering (no gas consumed when turned off), making it ideal for long-term commercial housing residency.
