Project Objective: Demonstrate batch residential heating and domestic hot water delivery capabilities.
Building Area: Approx. 3,840 m2
Climate Conditions: Dry season, plenty of sunshine, rare rain and snow; extreme diurnal temperature ranges, extremely dry air, strong afternoon gales, and high UV radiation.
Project Requirements: Winter residential heating + year-round domestic hot water supply.
Solution & Performance:
Core Equipment: Configured with an Italian Ferroli wall-mounted boiler system combined with Senyida copper-aluminum composite radiators. Each household features one 24kW Ferroli wall-mounted boiler and 3 sets of Senyida 600/10, 12, 14 copper-aluminum composite radiators installed independently.
System Advantages: This decentralized heating system is ideally tailored to high-altitude staff quarters. During winter operations, indoor temperatures remain stably around 25℃. The copper-aluminum radiators offer fast thermal conductivity, oxidation/corrosion resistance, and even heat dissipation without localized overcooling or overheating. The boiler provides continuous, constant-temperature domestic hot water throughout the four seasons.
Decentralized Control: Adopting an independent split heating mode, each household controls its temperature and device switches autonomously, allowing users to lower temperatures when away to conserve energy—avoiding the rigid limitations of traditional centralized heating. Imported equipment ensures high stability, low failure rates, and simple post-maintenance, offering a reliable and comfortable standardized template for multi-unit residential communities.
