Project Overview
Project Objective: Showcase a comprehensive commercial multi-system solution.
Building Area: 1,190 m2 across 45 guest rooms
Climate Conditions: Plateau humid mountainous climate at an altitude of approx. 2,800m, damp and cold winters, nighttime lows of −6 ℃, frequent rain and snow, high humidity, and a heating season lasting 5–6 months.
Project Requirements: Full-house guest room space heating during winter and 24-hour uninterrupted domestic hot water supply.
Solution & Performance
Core Equipment: Utilizes a 60HP air source heat pump unit for heating, with hydronic underfloor heating terminals in guest rooms.
Performance & Effects: Winter heating supply water at 43℃–48℃ maintains guest room temperatures at 21℃–23℃; summer cooling supply at 7 ℃–12℃ controls indoor climate at 24 ℃–26℃. Coupled with a large-capacity insulated water storage tank for stable hot water, zoned control allows unoccupied rooms to lower temperatures for energy conservation. Remote monitoring and automated runtime cut hotel labor and operational expenses.
