Project Objective: Showcase whole-house heating and cooling solutions.
Building Area: 140m2 Tibetan-style detached villa.
Climate Conditions: Lhasa, Tibet – Low winter temperatures, extreme diurnal temperature ranges, and dry air.
Project Requirements: Stable whole-house space heating + 24-hour constant-temperature domestic hot water; priority on quiet operation and energy efficiency, while maintaining Tibetan architectural aesthetics without disrupting the original building facade.

Solution & Performance:

Core Equipment: Powered by a Vaillant ecoTEC intro 25kW condensing wall-mounted gas boiler, paired with Rehau PE-RT oxygen-barrier water underfloor heating for the distribution terminal.

System Control: Utilizes multi-zone room thermostats allowing independent temperature control for every single room.

Performance & Effects: The high-efficiency condensing boiler achieves over 20% gas savings compared to conventional boilers. Indoor heating temperatures remain stable at 20℃–22℃, domestic hot water stays constant at 45℃ with a steady flow free of sudden temperature fluctuations, and low-noise operation ensures uncompromised living comfort tailored to high-altitude low-pressure operating conditions.
