California-based HVAC and plumbing distributor Hirsch Pipe & Supply has improved picking efficiency by 25% after deploying PathGuide’s Latitude Warehouse Management System
Hirsch operates 30 locations and serves customers ranging from independent contractors to large enterprises. Faced with rapid growth and surging increases in distribution center throughput, Hirsch needed a modern warehouse management solution that could integrate with its existing ERP environment and support future expansion.
After implementing Latitude WMS, Hirsch improved picking efficiency by 25% through more streamlined warehouse workflows and better labor utilization. The WMS also reduced manual, spreadsheet-driven processes and made inbound logistics and operational information easier to access across the warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams.
