Case 10: Large-Scale Commercial & Public Project

Project Objective: Demonstrate large-scale public building engineering execution capabilities.

Building Area: 1,000m²

Climate Conditions: Abundant sunshine, minimal rain and snow, extreme diurnal temperature range, rapid temperature drop at sunset, poor building thermal insulation.

Project Requirements: Classroom space heating for a training school.

Solution & Performance:

Core Equipment: Configured with 2 units of Energon 40HP commercial ultra-low temperature air source heat pumps + 65 sets of 50-fin steel panel radiators, aided by 1 unit of Zhenze hot-water air curtain machine at the main entrance corridor.

Technical Highlights: The core heat source features vapor injection enthalpy technology (EVI), maintaining stable heating capacity even in severe cold. Modular design allows independent operation of the two main units, enabling flexible adjustment based on class schedules, weekends, or vacations to minimize idle energy waste.

Terminal Comfort: The 65 sets of thick steel panel radiators offer high pressure resistance and impact sturdiness, ideal for crowded school environments. Utilizing radiation and convection, they provide stable, gentle, silent, and draft-free heat distribution that protects classroom focus. The entrance air curtain blocks cold outdoor drafts from frequent door openings. The entire system supports independent zone temperature control, ensuring low maintenance overhead and high reliability for overseas institutional projects.
