Villa / Detached House Project
Case 12: Villa / Detached House Project
Project Objective: Showcase an integrated heating, cooling, and domestic hot water solution for detached villas in high-altitude regions.
Area: 350m²
Climate Conditions: High-altitude severe cold region, with winter minimum temperatures dropping to −25°C.
Project Requirements: Stable whole-house heating during winter and all-day domestic hot water supply.
Solution: A gas wall-mounted boiler is adopted as the core heat source, paired with underfloor heating laid throughout the house as the heat dissipation terminal. The indoor heating temperature is stably maintained to ensure multi-room constant temperature comfort for villas. The domestic hot water system provides a constant 45°C supply all day with zero temperature difference across multiple outlets, perfectly balancing heating and daily bathing needs while adapting to low-temperature high-altitude winter conditions for stable operation.
